Degree/ Diploma /Production Management
Industrial Management, Engineering, (degree is relevant to the Agriculture, or a related field is an advantage)
5 years of experience in a minimum manufacturing/production environment in related to the coir-based product industry
Good management and leadership skills
Ability to manage factory workers and production teams
Language Professionally (In English)
Good computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel
