Restaurant & Bar Manager
We are seeking a reliable Restaurant and Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the seamless operation, financial performance, and guest experience of all restaurants, bars, lounges, and heritage dining spaces within the hotel, ensuring that each dining experience reflects the hotel's historic character while meeting contemporary luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of all restaurants, bars, lounges, and special dining venues.
- Ensure consistently exceptional service standards across all restaurant and bar outlets.
- Curate refined, memorable dining experiences aligned with the hotel's heritage identity and luxury positioning.
- Uphold etiquette, grooming, language, and service rituals expected of a luxury heritage property.
- Ensure adherence to established SOPs, service sequences, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development, seasonal offerings, and heritage-inspired concepts.
- Monitor bar operations including cocktails, wines, spirits, cellar management, and service rituals.
- Drive revenue through promotions, special events, curated experiences, and upselling strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire front-of-house and bar teams to deliver refined service.
- Foster a culture of pride, professionalism, and respect rooted in heritage hospitality.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate and manage banquets, private dining, themed evenings, and heritage events.
Candidates should possess:
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in luxury or heritage hotel F&B operations
- Prior experience managing multiple outlets is highly desirable
- Strong command of English; additional languages an advantage
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Exceptional guest relations and communication abilities
- Deep understanding of luxury restaurant and bar operations
- Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails, and fine dining service
- High attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility
- Ability to operate calmly under pressure
