ARCHITECT
Position: Part -Time | Immediate Joining
We are looking for an experienced and creative Architect to support our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of architectural presentations, design boards, concept presentations, drawings and other visual materials, while supporting the design team in developing high-quality presentation documents
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of architectural presentations for clients and design reviews.
- Develop presentation drawings, layouts, diagrams and design boards.
- Assist in preparing concept presentations and project proposals.
- Organise and improve architectural drawings and presentation materials.
- Coordinate information from architects, engineers and other consultants.
- Assist with preparing high-quality PowerPoint and PDF presentations.
- Support the design team in preparation of required materials for client presentations and project submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent qualification.
- Professional architectural experience.
- Strong skills in architectural presentation and graphic communication.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint or similar software.
- Knowledge of other visualization software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural design and presentation standards.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Part-time / flexible working arrangement.
