Royal Pharmacy Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in the Upcountry region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and support the sales team.
- Supervise, train and guide Sales Representatives.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback.
- Build strong customer relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate orders and submit sales reports.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience managing Sales Representatives is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Sinhala and/or Tamil.
- Sales or Marketing qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within the Upcountry region.
- Valid driving licence required.
