SEED PADDY PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
We are looking for a motivated and results oriented Seed Paddy Production Executive to ensure efficient production operations, timely output, and effective factory management.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily production activities to meet production targets.
- Prepare production plans based on raw material availability and customer orders.
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
- Identify production issues and implement solutions to minimize delays and costs.
- Lead and develop production teams while ensuring effective labor management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and factory standards.
What you will bring:
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Exposure to manufacturing and production operations.
- Knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, and SAP would be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
