IT Executive - Chilaw
EL TORO Roofing Products Limited is a pioneer in Sri Lanka’s industrial sector, offering a comprehensive range of eco-friendly roofing solutions. Our state-of-the-art production facility located in Chilaw is committed to excellence, sustainability, and the highest standards in manufacturing. We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to join our team as an IT Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- 1. Microsoft 365 Tenant Management: Administer Microsoft 365 tenants, user accounts, licenses, Microsoft Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
- 2. Huawei Cloud Management: Support cloud infrastructure administration, monitoring, security, backup, and resource optimization.
- 3. ERP Support: Provide technical and user support for SAP ERP and other enterprise applications, coordinating with users, functional teams, and vendors.
- 4. Endpoint and Mobile Device Management: Manage device provisioning, software deployment, patching, endpoint compliance, MDM, and next-generation endpoint management solutions.
- 5. Cybersecurity and DLP: Support endpoint protection, access control, security monitoring, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) implementation.
- 6. IT Infrastructure Support: Troubleshoot computers, networks, printers, business applications, and IT infrastructure at head office and factory locations.
- 7. CCTV Monitoring and Maintenance: Maintain CCTV cameras, NVR systems, recording facilities, and associated network connectivity.
- 8. Vendor and Service Agreement Management: Monitor IT service agreements, maintenance contracts, warranties, and SLAs. Coordinate with vendors to obtain technical support and ensure timely issue resolution.
- 9. Group IT Coordination: Collaborate with the Group IT team to implement IT standards, resolve technical issues, support projects, and maintain consistent service delivery across Group companies.
Qualifications & Experience
- 1) Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2) 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, cloud administration, or enterprise application support.
- 3) Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud technologies.
- 4) Experience in networking, endpoint management, cybersecurity, and IT troubleshooting.
- 5) Exposure to SAP ERP or other enterprise applications.
- 6) Experience in vendor coordination, IT maintenance agreements, and SLA monitoring will be an advantage.
- 7) Knowledge of Huawei Cloud, Microsoft Intune, endpoint security solutions, and CCTV systems will be an added advantage.
- 8) Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- 9) Willingness to travel to Head office and other business locations when required.
