About the Employer
Job Description
We are a Leading Seafood Export Company, Head Office situated at Dankotuwa and Factories and Farms located at North, North Western, Eastern and Southern Provinces.
We are looking for a self-motivated, result oriented and energetic individual who can meet deadlines with following requirements to be recruited on Stores Department at Dankotuwa Office.
PURCHASING EXECUTIVE
- Coordinate with stores, production, other departments and finance teams on company purchasing requirements
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, prepare purchase orders and follow up deliveries
- Negotiate prices, credit terms and delivery schedules
- Maintain supplier records and develop strong supplier relationships
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or professional qualification in purchasing, Supply Chain Management or a related field
- At least 3-4 years' experience of relevant experience, preferably in the Food Manufacturing industry
WAREHOUSE / STORES EXECUTIVE
- Oversee and manage day today stores/ warehouse operation
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials, suppliers and ensuring accuracy against relevant documents
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update all stock movements, including receipts, issues, transfers
- At least 3-4 years’ experience of relevant experience, preferably in the Food Manufacturing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field from a recognized university or other related professional qualification will be considered
DATA ENTRY OPERATOR – STORES
- G.C.E. A/L
- Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Data Entry or related, preferably in a manufacturing industry
