Sales Promotion Officer
(For Kurunegala Area)
Rhino Roofing – Sri Lanka’s No.1 Roofing & Ceiling Sheet Brand – is looking for energetic, motivated, and team-oriented individuals to join our Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive market growth.
- Oversee daily sales activities to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
- Manage field operations and maintain strong dealer relationships.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain high product and service quality across all promotional initiatives.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, including onboarding new dealers and construction firms.
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to support business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including carpenters, contractors, and end users.
- Coordinate and ensure smooth execution of promotional programs such as carpenter engagement activities and marketing events.
- Promote a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Encourage open communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future promotional strategies.
- Submit expense reports and required documentation on time.
- Maintain transparency and accountability in all financial and operational reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCE A/L qualification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
- School leavers are also encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude
