CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
Ino Printech (Pvt) Ltd is a growing printing and packaging solutions provider based in Kurunegala, offering a wide range of digital, offset, large-format, and customized printing solutions. Through our Digital Printing division, we serve individuals, businesses, and organizations with products ranging from business cards, flyers, brochures, invitations, labels, stickers, and promotional materials to customized print solutions.
We are looking for a customer-focused, and motivated Customer Relations Officer to join our team and be a key point of contact for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Marketing, Sales, Customer Relations, Business Management, or a related field is an advantage
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and orders
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with WhatsApp, social media, and MS Office
- Knowledge of printing products and services will be an added advantage
- Candidates residing in Kurunegala and surrounding areas are preferred
- Ability to work effectively with design and production teams
Key Requirements
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions
- Follow up on inquiries and quotations to convert leads into confirmed orders
- Coordinate with the Design and Production teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Keep customers updated on artwork approvals, production progress, and delivery
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally and find suitable solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets
