Maintenance Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, and facilities.
- Lead and schedule the maintenance and janitorial staff.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs.
Maintenance Executive / Senior Executive
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, and upkeep of school buildings, facilities, grounds, and utilities.
- Lead and supervise Maintenance Supervisors and maintenance staff.
- Plan and monitor preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns, emergencies, and urgent maintenance requirements.
- Oversee school transportation services, drivers, and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of work.
- Maintain relevant records and submit regular reports to Senior Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or a professional qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
- Excellent leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of English, with MS Office proficiency.
