nWe are looking for a dynamic, well-experienced and professionally presented Marketing Executive to join our growing team.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. n
- Identify new business opportunities and generate quality sales leads. n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. n
- Handle client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups professionally. n
- Coordinate digital marketing activities and support property sales. n
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and marketing performance. n
Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in marketing, sales or business development. n
- Excellent spoken and written English. n
- Confident communication, presentation and negotiation skills. n
- Professional appearance, pleasant personality and positive attitude. n
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving abilities. n
- Experience in real estate or property development will be a distinct advantage. n
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets. n
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, a pleasant personality, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. n
