ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
Key Requirements
- Plan, manage and monitor production activities to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines and other resources.
- Monitor production efficiency, productivity and on-time delivery.
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Lead and develop production teams while maintaining required quality standards.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree or relevant professional qualification in Apparel, Textile, Production, Quality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the apparel manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of apparel production processes and quality standards.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet challenging targets.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

QUALITY EXECUTIVE
Key Requirements
- Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct quality inspections and identify quality issues at the relevant stages.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to resolve quality-related problems.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain required quality records and support internal and customer audits.
