Degree or recognized professional/technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
8–10 years of relevant industrial engineering/maintenance experience.
3–5 years of experience leading an engineering or maintenance team.
Strong electrical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Hands-on knowledge of generators, transformers, motors, drives, panels and control systems.
Strong exposure to HVAC/AC, refrigeration, cold rooms, utilities and breakdown management.
Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance and root-cause analysis.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
FMCG, food manufacturing, poultry, cold-chain or multi-site maintenance experience will be an advantage.
