Sub Factory Quality Executive – Apparel
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Executive to monitor and maintain garment quality standards across our sub factories.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-line and final quality inspections at sub factories.
- Ensure workmanship, measurements, and finishing meet company quality standards.
- Identify defects and coordinate corrective actions with sub-factory management.
- Follow up on quality issues and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports.
- Support the implementation and improvement of quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience in garment quality control or quality assurance.
- Good knowledge of garment construction, measurements, and quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Must have a motorbike and a valid riding license.
- Willingness to travel to assigned sub factories through any method of transportation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- GCE A/L or equivalent.
- Diploma or Degree in Apparel Technology, Textile Technology, or a related field will be an advantage.
