AREA SALES MANAGER NORTH

American Premium Water, the pioneer of bottled water in Sri Lanka and a market leader in FMCG is looking for driven Area Sales Managers to lead our regional sales teams, grow market share, and build their careers with an attractive incentive scheme and a clear path to senior leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed regional sales targets.
- Manage, guide and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales strategies.
- Ensure effective product distribution, visibility, and merchandising standards.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to support business objectives.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Experience in FMCG (preferably beverages or bottled water) will be an added advantage.
- Passed G.C.E. O/L and A/L; professional qualifications will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with good communication in English and Tamil. Sinhala is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
