Little Lion Associates (Pvt) Ltd, a subsidiary of Maliban Group of Companies, is one of the leading FSSC 22000 certified organizations, specialized in manufacturing and marketing of cookies, baby rusks, wafers, swiss rolls, cakes & bakery products.
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented individual to fill the following position with immediate effect.
Positions Available: AREA SALES MANAGER-NORTH REGION
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guidance, motivation, and support to the sales team to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular sales reports and present them to senior management.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the sales process.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Drive the sales team to focus on the effective re-distribution of LLA products across all outlets, ensuring wider availability, improved numeric distribution, and maximum penetration.
- Analyze regional data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for sales improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES
- Passed G.C.E. (A/L) examination.
- Professional qualification in sales or an academic qualification from a recognized Institute.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the capacity of Area sales Manager in handling FMCG ideally in food products.
- Very good communication skills, pleasing personality, Team player and commitment are essential.
- Positive work attitude with a result-oriented mindset.
- Age below 50 years.
- Ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Tamil, Sinhala & English.
