Join MAS as a Senior Operations Analyst at TEXO, our fabric processing mill located within the MAS Fabric Park in Thulhiriya. In this pivotal role, you will drive operational excellence by conducting global manufacturing and environmental analyses to identify innovative models for enhancing productivity. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will oversee raw material inputs, process quality assurance, value additions, and finished goods to ensure organizational goals are met. You will spearhead budgeting processes, monitor financial data, and analyze costing and profitability reports to ensure accurate information management and achievement of targets. Leveraging your analytical expertise, you will identify trends and formulate strategies to optimize resource utilization, reduce costs, and improve quality and customer service. We are seeking a professional with a Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst. Exposure to fabric mill operations and knowledge of finance, costing, and business analysis will be a distinct advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
