nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Plan, organize, and supervise daily dairy production activities. n
- Monitor production targets, productivity, and wastage. n
- Manage production staff, shift schedules, and team performance. n
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of production machinery. n
- Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. n
- Maintain production records, reports, and inventory documentation. n
- Identify process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency. n
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Production Management, or a related field. n
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role, preferably in the dairy or food manufacturing industry. n
- Good knowledge of dairy processing, quality assurance, and food safety standards. n
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. n
- Ability to achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards. n
- Good communication, organizational, and computer skills. n
