- Ability to speak and understand English and Sinhala

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong hygiene and cleanliness practices
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Basic knife skills and food preparation knowledge
- Ability to maintain an organized workstation (mise en place)
- Willingness to assist different sections of the kitchen when needed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
