Harding Boutique Hotels is seeking an exceptional Head Chef or ambitious Sous Chef to elevate our culinary offering in Ahangama, including Mr.M Rooftop.
We’re looking for a creative, passionate professional with strong leadership skills, an appreciation for quality ingredients and a commitment to outstanding dining experiences.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven experience in a reputable hotel or quality restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for exceptional food
- Creativity in menu development and presentation
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate a kitchen team
- Strong knowledge of food safety, kitchen operations and cost control
- Commitment to consistency, quality and high standards
