- Previous experience in restaurant, café or outlet management.
- Strong leadership, team management and customer-service skills.
- Ability to manage daily outlet operations, sales, stock and cost control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Assistant Manager
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading role in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to support daily outlet operations and manage staff effectively.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth, manage inventory costs, and achieve store targets.
Management Trainee
- Suitable for enthusiastic individuals looking to build a career in hospitality management.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and good communication skills.
- Strong interest in customer service and outlet operations.
- Previous hospitality experience or relevant qualifications are an added advantage.
Work Location
Priority recruitment in Ahangama
Opportunities at other BARISTA outlets depending on business requirements.
Additional Requirements
- Minimum G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or equivalent preferred, especially for Management Trainees.
- Flexible working hours and ability to work under pressure.
