Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hotel & Villa Manager to oversee daily operations of our hotel and private villas. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, efficient staff management, and smooth operational and financial performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the hotel and villas.
- Ensure outstanding guest service and handle guest feedback.
- Supervise, train, and schedule staff across departments.
- Oversee housekeeping, front office, maintenance, and food services.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
- Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and villa turnovers.
- Maintain property standards and brand image.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, Villa Manager, or similar role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and guest relations.
- Financial management and reporting skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
