Join our small luxury boutique hotel in Galle.
(Unawatuna inland area - Akuressa Road.)
Housekeeping / F&B department
- First Steward/Waiter – No of positions 01
- Lead the team of Stewards/waiter and run the department under management guidance.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain the high standards of daily housekeeping requirements of the villa (guest rooms and public areas daily).
- Friendly personality and good English proficiency.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a first steward in a similar hotel.
- Accommodation can be provided.
- Steward/Waiter – No of positions 02
- Efficient housekeeping, take and serve food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
- Friendly personality with good communication skills.
- Basic English is required.
- Experience in a similar capacity would be an added advantage.
Kitchen department
- Chef – No of positions 01
- Best candidate should have previous experience in western and local style cooking, joining the existing kitchen team of a chef and a kitchen helper.
- Prior experience in a similar level hotel & sufficient English would be an added advantage.
- Accommodation can be provided.
- Kitchen Helper – No of positions 01
- Cleaning and supporting the cooks/chefs with whatever necessary.
- Prior experience & communicating in basic English would be an added advantage.
