Executive – Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Quality Management System across the entire plant in consultation with the QA Manager.
- Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in initiating new projects for continuous quality improvement.
- Write and review relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support the Quality Assurance Manager in reviewing documents.
- Develop and maintain an effective document management system.
- Oversee Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) of facilities, equipment, systems, and processes.
- Prepare and review CQV documents as required.
- Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by the manager.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Science specializing in Chemistry, Microbiology, or a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a similar discipline.
- A Diploma in Quality Management (SLSI) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent command of English and strong computer literacy.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ work experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment as a Quality Assurance professional.
Assistant – Quality Assurance
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Document Controller in issuing documents and managing the documentation system in accordance with established procedures.
- Archive master documents and other GMP-related records.
- Support validation activities and their execution.
- Assist with in-process quality assurance activities.
- Proficient in the use of the MS Office package.
- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) Examination – Science/Technology stream preferred. (School leavers or freshers are encouraged to apply)
