Vacancy for Executive - Microbiology

Key Responsibilities
- Performing microbiological tests as per the standard testing procedures. (Sterility test, Bacterial endotoxin test, Microbial limit test, Growth Promotion test etc.)
- Perform environmental monitoring in the Microbiology laboratory and production area.
- Handling and maintain Microbial reference cultures.
- Preparation of microbiological culture media and reagents.
- Operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Assist in calibration and qualification of laboratory equipment.
- Trend analysis of results.
- Write/review/revise SOPs related to Microbiology testing and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and Good Documentation Practices.
- Maintain all necessary documentation regarding routine laboratory operations.
- Method Validation and Verification of analytical procedures.
- Assist in investigation of laboratory incidents, out of specification and out of trend results.
- Perform any other tasks/duties as assigned by manager.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor of Science in Microbiology or similar discipline.
- Excellent command of English with computer literacy.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in aseptic techniques and microbial identification.
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in a microbiology laboratory in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
