Vacancy for Technician Facility Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out facility modification and improvement projects, including civil, plumbing, masonry, and fabrication work.
- Supervise and perform painting, surface preparation, rust removal, and corrosion protection activities.
- Handle maintenance manpower, contractors, and daily work allocation.
- Conduct repairs and modifications to buildings, offices, production areas, and utility facilities.
- Monitor and coordinate civil works, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
- Ensure housekeeping, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Candidate Profile
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Building Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in facility maintenance, building maintenance, or industrial maintenance.
- Knowledge of civil works, painting systems, corrosion control, and general facility infrastructure.
- Experience supervising contractors and maintenance teams.
- Ability to read technical drawings and coordinate modification projects.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
