Your Profile:
- Proven experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or a relevant hospitality qualification is preferred.
- Strong expertise in Italian or Asian cuisine, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Genuine passion for food, creativity, and hospitality.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, kitchen hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Ability to manage daily kitchen operations while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
