Muthu Nila Villas, a luxury escape by the coast, is seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals to lead our operations and uphold the highest standards of service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in any field.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in any industry.
- Age between 30 – 45 years.
- Fluency in English is important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Kitchen & Food Production
- Supervise the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth food preparation.
- Prepare food according to approved recipes, portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and hygiene.
- Guest & Service Operations
- Coordinate daily villa/resort operations to ensure smooth guest service.
- Work closely with the Front Office, Housekeeping and Management teams.
- Assist in coordinating guest requests, meals, celebrations and events.
- Ensure breakfast, lunch, dinner and other food services are delivered.
