Sales Promotion Officers - Innovation Products (Badulla, Kurunegala & Key Accounts Colombo)

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
- Analyze existing and potential customers to identify and meet their requirements.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and concerns to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeframe.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory, market potential, track sales progress and prepare status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- GCE A/L qualification in any stream.
- Age between 20 to 30 years.
- Minimum of two years proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Should possess a valid riding license.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office applications.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Preference will be given to the candidates residing in the above areas.
