Internal Audit Executive
Join our team and contribute to strengthening governance, controls and operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support audit planning and preparation by reviewing prior findings, identifying risks, and analysing relevant data.
- Conduct financial, operational, compliance, and process audits in line with approved audit programs and Internal Audit methodology.
- Review key business processes across procurement, production, quality, warehousing, sales, finance, assets, and HR to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Analyse SAP, POS, Excel, and other system data to identify unusual transactions, trends, variances, and control exceptions.
- Prepare complete working papers, maintain audit evidence, and support clear reporting of findings, risks, root causes, and recommended actions.
- Follow up on management action plans, support special audits and investigations, and collaborate professionally with stakeholders while maintaining audit independence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Audit, or a related field.
- Part qualification in ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or Membership of AAT.
- Experience in the FMCG or Manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
- Working knowledge of SAP, MS 365, and data analytics would be preferred.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, meet deadlines, and travel for audit assignments.
Experience
- Minimum 02-03 years of experience in internal or external auditing.
- Experience in reputed audit firms will be an added advantage.
