We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate individuals who are interested in building a career in the adventure tourism industry.
Selected candidates will have the opportunity to participate in a structured 5-day Training Camp Program, providing practical exposure and training in adventure park operations.
BASIC ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Age between 18 and 30 years
- Male and Female candidates
- Basic working knowledge of English
- Physically fit and willing to work in an outdoor environment
- Preference will be given to candidates residing within a 30 km radius of Amber Swing-Gampola and Flying Ravana Adventure Park-Ella.
- Candidates with sports, outdoor activity, leadership or customer service experience are encouraged to apply
TRAINING PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- Adventure Park Orientation
- Safety Awareness Training
- Air Rifle Training
- Skywalk Operations Training
- Customer Service Skills
- Teamwork and Communication Development
FACILITIES PROVIDED:
- Meals and accommodation during the training period
FUTURE OPPORTUNITY:
