Our client, managing leading hotel in Haputhale, Kandy & Kalpitiya seeks the service of the following positions.
Sales & Marketing Manager
Drive growth • Create opportunities • Build lasting relationships
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (corporate, MICE, leisure and group business).
- Maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators and key clients.
- Promote hotel services and packages through various channels (online and offline).
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role in a hotel/resort.
- Strong knowledge of the hotel industry and sales & marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with good leadership and organizational skills.
Reservation Executive
- Manage and handle all reservation operations (phone, email, online and walk-ins).
- Ensure accurate room availability and booking confirmations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments for smooth guest arrivals.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
- Maintain records and achieve room revenue targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role in a hotel/resort.
- Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems and online platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
