KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, procedures, and practices in compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary matters, internal inquiries, and conflict resolution, in coordination with department heads.
- Oversee payroll, compensation and benefits, EPF/ETF, gratuity, performance reviews, and other employee-related payments, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain the organizational structure and ensure that job descriptions and reporting lines remain current and aligned with business requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, and retention initiatives to promote a high-performing and inclusive workplace.
- Prepare and present HR reports, workforce analytics, headcount analyses, HR budgets, and insights into the organization's HR climate to management.
- Ensure effective HR compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness, including participation in the ISO internal audit process.
- Provide strategic HR advice to senior management and department heads, and support business decisions involving people, performance, and organizational change.
- Manage all administrative functions, including the upkeep of facilities and coordination with third-party service providers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- A degree in Human Resource Management or a related professional qualification in HRM, such as PQRHM, will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of progressive experience as a Human Resources Business Partner at the managerial level.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
