SENIOR EXECUTIVE – DEVELOPMENT MERCHANDISING
BASED AT RANALA
Key Responsibilities
- Guide the sample development process in line with customer standards and drive towards commercializing developments to ensure customer retention growth.
- Effectively co-ordinate the execution of orders on a timely basis and achieve the relevant pre-defined delivery targets.
- Responsible to manage critical path and bear responsibility for 100% customer co-ordination and 100% on time performance.
- Work with planning team to book capacity, with development team on future forecasts and book greige prior to receipt of orders.
- In depth understanding on related process and systems in order to provide solutions to manufacturing locations.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Merchandising, Textile, Fashion, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Development Merchandising within the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment costing, pricing, and margin analysis.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and/or WFX systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
