Executive — Industrial Engineering
Location: Biyagama
What you will do:
- Participate in product development activities to understand and analyze new styles
- Responsible for accurate computation of key calculations like SMV, Thread consumption for different stages of Product Development and costing support
- Attend pre-production discussions, ensure effective communication of technical details of new styles to Plant IE teams, and coordinate with Plant IE on achievement of production efficiencies
Ideal profile:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Industrial Engineering / Clothing Technology with GSD License or experience in working with GSD system.
- Knowledge on developing prototypes using SW and external resources
- Expertise in mechanical, mechatronics and pneumatic systems
- Knowledge on designing and electrical systems
- Project management skills and experience in Industrial Automation
