Service Advisor –Collision Repair- LOLC Motors (Pvt) Ltd – Gothatuwa
nLOLC Motors (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Advisor – Collision Repair to acts as the primary liaison between customers and the body repair workshop.
nKey Responsibilities

- Receive accident-damaged vehicles and conduct initial inspections with customers. n
- Understand and document customer requirements and vehicle damages accurately. n
- Prepare repair estimates and obtain necessary customer/insurance approvals. n
- Coordinate with insurance companies, assessors and other relevant parties. n
- Open and maintain accurate repair orders and job documentation. n
- Coordinate with body repair, paint, mechanical and electrical teams to ensure smooth workflow. n
- Monitor repair progress and provide regular updates to customers. n
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to required quality standards and agreed timelines. n
- Conduct final inspections and coordinate vehicle delivery to customers. n
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally throughout the repair process. n
Key Requirements
n- n
- Diploma / HND / NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Automobile Engineering or equivalent qualification. n
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in a Collision Repair / Body Shop environment. n
- Good knowledge of automotive body repairs, painting, mechanical and electrical repairs. n
- Knowledge of vehicle damage assessment and repair estimation. n
- Experience in coordinating with insurance companies and insurance assessors will be an added advantage. n
- Strong customer handling, negotiation and communication skills. n
- Good computer literacy and documentation and strong coordination and time-management skills. n
- Ability to work under pressure and meet repair deadlines. n
- Experience with EV / Hybrid vehicles will be an added advantage. n
