KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and ensure overall product quality across all production processes
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to identify defects
- Review and analyze test reports to verify product conformity
- Coordinate with Technical & Production teams to resolve quality issues
- Maintain detailed quality records and implement corrective actions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality
- Train production staff on quality standards and best practices
- Communicate with customers regarding product quality and feedback
REQUIREMENTS
- 2–4 years of experience in garment quality assurance or related field
- Diploma / Degree in Textile, Garment Technology, or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection methods, and process improvement
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
