CAREER OPPORTUNITY
ERP SPECIALIST
Tea Tang (Pvt) Ltd., a leading tea manufacturing and value addition company, is on the lookout for dynamic and passionate individual to join our ERP team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Enhance and optimize the ERP to support tea auction purchasing, manufacturing, value-added processing, bulk export and retail operations.
- Work closely with Operations, Finance and Warehouse teams to streamline workflows and improve process efficiency.
- Identify system and process gaps and recommend practical improvements.
- Configure and support Odoo modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing (MRP), Accounting, POS and CRM.
- Conduct user requirement gathering and document business processes and functional requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams on system enhancements, custom developments and integrations.
- Support ERP testing, UAT, user training and system implementation activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
- Monitor ERP utilization and drive continuous improvement and process compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree / Diploma in IT, Business Information Systems, Management, ERP or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and/or enhancement.
- Hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation, enhancement and functional support.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly procurement, inventory, manufacturing, finance, warehousing and sales.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Experience / Skills:
- Experience with tea industry-related businesses is strongly preferred.
- Specific experience in bulk tea export, value-added tea processing and retail distribution will be an advantage.
- Experience with Odoo 18.
- Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain and warehouse operations.
- Experience in business process improvement and re-engineering.
