ERP EXECUTIVE ORACLE EBS
AB Securitas is looking for a motivated and experienced ERP Executive — Oracle EBS to join our Information Technology team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day application support for Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS) users across the Group.
- Analyse and resolve ERP-related user issues and coordinate with relevant business and technical teams.
- Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales and other business functions to understand system requirements and process improvements.
- Coordinate with Oracle EBS implementation/support partners on incidents, enhancements and system changes.
- Assist in requirement gathering, functional analysis, testing and implementation of ERP enhancements.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate user sign-off prior to system changes.
- Monitor and follow up on system interfaces, concurrent requests, reports and scheduled processes.
- Assist in maintaining ERP master data and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and maintain system documentation, user guides and operating procedures.
- Provide user training and support for new and existing ERP functionality.
- Assist with ERP integrations, custom reports and technical investigations where required.
- Support ERP upgrades, enhancements, patches and other major system initiatives.
- Ensure appropriate ERP controls, access management and change-management procedures are followed.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Oracle EBS application support, ERP support or a similar role.
- Practical experience in Oracle E-Business Suite will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of one or more Oracle EBS modules such as:
- Oracle Financials (GL, AR, AP, and Cash Mgt.)
- Fixed Assets
- Procurement / Purchasing
- Inventory
- Order Management
