This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive Labor Compliance Excellence and HR Management Systems across a dynamic manufacturing organization. You will work closely with ACTIVEWEAR manufacturing facilities to strengthen labour compliance systems through internal audits, corrective action follow-up and awareness initiatives. You will also coordinate with Brands and third-party verification bodies on audits, assessments and certifications, while managing compliance data and reporting, including workforce and working hours data, training trackers and Brand data portals.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Management, Science, or a related field and bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in Payroll operation.
