Join Silueta - Biyagama as a Pattern Technologist
Join MAS Silueta as a Pattern Technologist and be part of a team driving innovation in garment creation. In this role, you will develop precise base-size patterns from designer sketches or sample garments, ensuring technical perfection in measurements and fit. You'll provide detailed cutting and sewing instructions, participate in style introduction meetings, and oversee documentation until production approval. Additionally, you'll perform pattern grading, resolve technical issues, and update designs based on customer feedback, ensuring seamless garment construction and accuracy. Your expertise will contribute to creating high-quality technical packages that meet industry standards.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Pattern Making and bring 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
