Senior Executive - Product Innovation & Business Development, Activewear
Join our team as a Senior Executive - Product Innovation & Business Development, where you will drive transformative projects from ideation to completion.
- Identify market opportunities by analyzing consumer needs and aligning them with MAS capabilities and global trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions, create Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), and ensure their scalability and commercial viability.
- Lead prototype development, manage stakeholder communication, and oversee the innovation process, ensuring timely delivery and comprehensive documentation.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Fashion Design, Business Management, or a relevant professional qualification and bring 3–4 years of experience in innovation, prototyping, product development, and product costing.
