HR EXECUTIVE
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR role within a star-class hotel or resort.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and other HR functions, particularly in a hospitality or resort setting.
- Knowledge of labour laws, compliance standards, and HR management systems.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work proactively, as part of a team, and perform well under pressure.
HR ASSISTANT
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate in HRM or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of HR or administrative experience (freshers with relevant qualifications may apply).
- Basic knowledge of labour laws, EPF/ETF, attendance and payroll.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy, especially MS Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work as a team.
