JUNIOR CIVIL ENGINEER OR SITE ENGINEER – CONSTRUCTION FIELD
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer or Site Engineer to join our engineering and site management team. The successful candidate will support ongoing projects, with a primary focus on engineering testing, technical reporting, compliance with applicable standards, and site coordination.
Location: No. 532/5, Siriparakum Mawaththa, Angoda
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct civil engineering tests and site investigations in accordance with relevant standards and approved testing procedures.
- Prepare accurate technical reports, test reports, inspection records, and other engineering documentation.
- Analyze test results, verify technical data, and assist in preparing engineering conclusions and recommendations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal engineering teams.
- Maintain proper records of test results, equipment calibration, site observations, and project documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- NCT, NDT, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to prepare technical reports and maintain accurate engineering records.
- Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required.
- Good communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
