Production Executive
Uswatte Confectionery Works (Pvt) Ltd is one of the largest local food manufacturing company in Sri Lanka, manufacturing and marketing quality snacks and confectionery products. At present we are the market leader in the categories of snacks. CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma is required. (Production/operations related)
- 2–4 years of experience required in Manufacturing. (preferably FMCG and food industry)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in production planning software and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shift basis.
- Preferably a male candidate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, schedule and oversee production activities from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor production timelines and budgets to ensure targets are met.
- Identify and troubleshoot production issues in real time.
- Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation.
