KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide strategic financial leadership across the Group of Companies.
- Develop and execute the Group's financial strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
- Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, cash flow and working capital management.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, compliance and risk-management frameworks.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the Board and senior leadership for key business decisions.
- Oversee taxation, treasury, banking, investments, audits and regulatory compliance.
- Drive profitability, cost optimization and operational efficiency across Group entities.
- Lead funding, financing and capital-structure initiatives where required.
- Develop and mentor high-performing finance teams across the Group.
- Support business expansion, investments, acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.
- Drive digitalization, ERP utilization and data-driven financial management.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Chartered Accountant qualification is mandatory.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or a related discipline.
- MBA is required.
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in Finance and/or Corporate Management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a top leadership position such as CFO, Finance Director, Group Finance Head or equivalent.
- Previous experience managing finance functions across multiple companies or business units will be a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in financial leadership, business transformation, profitability improvement and strategic decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, treasury, governance, risk management and financial controls.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, commercial and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to work closely with the Board of Directors and senior executive leadership.
