Batching Plant Manager
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Production/Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–10 years’ experience in Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) or Construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of concrete batching plants, mix designs, raw materials, and machinery maintenance.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle operational emergencies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily plant operations and concrete production.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with required standard.
- Coordinate plant maintenance and resource utilization.
- Lead and manage plant staff and operators.
- Monitor production, stock, maintenance and operational reports.
- Coordinate with customers, project teams, suppliers, and delivery teams.
