Health, Safety & Environment Executive
Location: Bopitiya
Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct safety training and awareness programs for employees
- Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
- Promote a strong safety culture across all departments
Candidate Profile
- Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing/construction)
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and handle factory operations
