What you’ll own
- Full oversight of the finance function – bookkeeping, payroll, and reporting, end to end
- Monthly management accounts, board-ready financial reporting, and analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Payroll processing for Sri Lanka, including EPF/ETF compliance and timely submissions
- Statutory compliance – VAT, income tax, WHT – and liaison with auditors, tax consultants, and the IRD
- Building and refining financial controls and processes across the business
- Managing and developing the finance team
What we need
- 8+ years of accounting and finance experience, including time leading a team or function – ideally within professional services, consulting, or a multi-entity business
- Professionally qualified: CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Confident with accounting software – Zoho Books experience is an advantage
- Deep working knowledge of Sri Lanka tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Proven ability to lead a team, set direction, and own the finance function end to end
