Key Responsibilities
- Assist with internal communications and employee engagement activities through email and other internal channels.
- Support the planning and coordination of internal communication campaigns.
- Assist with social media and digital marketing activities, including content coordination and scheduling.
- Conduct basic testing and follow-ups for the WhatsApp chatbot and coordinate issues with the vendor.
- Assist with website content updates, UAT and follow-ups with the website vendor.
- Assist in monitoring Google Analytics and preparing basic performance reports.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the Marketing & Communications team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Good MS Office / Google Workspace skills.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Creative, proactive and willing to learn.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Analytics or content creation would be an added advantage.
